Singapore Visa Documents Checklist

This page has been reviewed and verified by Michael Gibbons, Regulated Immigration Advisor. For current rules and requirements, see our guide on How to Apply for a Singapore Visa.

Every applicant for a Singapore Visa must submit a complete and verifiable set of documents as required by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
Incomplete or incorrectly formatted submissions are one of the most common causes of delay or refusal.

At Visa Applications, we prepare and verify every document before submission to ensure full compliance with ICA requirements and faster processing.

Mandatory Documents for All Applicants

All visa categories require the following documents:

  • Passport: Valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended stay, with one blank page minimum.
  • Completed ICA Visa Application Form (Form 14A): Fully typed and signed by the applicant.
  • Recent Photograph: ICA-compliant, taken within the last 6 months (white background, 35mm x 45mm).
  • Proof of Accommodation: Hotel booking, rental agreement, or host letter.
  • Travel Itinerary: Return flight or confirmed ticket showing entry and exit dates.
